Hey girls! I’m slightly at a loss for words because I just talked with a friend who lives right outside of Houston. Thank God her home is ok, but her parents have 4 feet of water in their home. Her mom and dog even had to get rescued! Hurricane Harvey you need to GO! Praying for all of my Texas family and friends during this horrific time.
So, I recently went to Anthropologie just to look around and I found these jeans on sale (extra 30% off sale items now). I have always loved their jeans, but have never owned a pair. These jeans are THE softest pair of denim I have ever owned. If they came in a different wash I would have snatched those up as well. They do run extremely large and I actually should have gone down another size, but I will try to shrink them in the wash. For the past few years I have been leaning towards distressed denim. It was hard for me to commit to a normal pair. I guess I felt like they didn’t have enough character? I don’t know, but the raw hem on this pair gave the style enough edge. I also feel they are giving my legs some length…ha wishful thinking!
During Fall and Winter an oversized sweater is SO cozy and you can never have too many. Right?! This one from Tobi has a fun halter feature that I thought spiced up this basic black sweater. Once the weather decides to cool down I will be pairing this with an undershirt or another top of some sort to stay warm. But, If an open back is not for you then a lace camisole or strappy back bra would look perfect under this sweater!
Are there any looks you would like me to try out or something you would like me to review? Comment below or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org I love hearing all of your feedback! I have a “How I Style My Hair” post coming soon for y’all.
If you would like to help the families who have experienced tragedy from Hurricane Harvey I absolutely love what Magnolia Market is offering. Knowing where my money is going and that it will make a difference is amazing!
