Girlfriend Leggings

Its offically March which means my baby is turning one! Michaels first year definitely came quicker than GG’s. Maybe because I now realize how quickly the years flash by. I just want my baby to stay a baby. I’m totally ok with him not walking for a couple more months. Haha I’m sure that won’t happen; he is walking along and moving every object he can get his hands on!

Have you ever had a pair of jeans or in this case leggings that fit so well and are SO comfortable you never take them off? In high school American Eagle jeans were a staple in my wardrobe. There was one pair I wore all time. The day the crotch ripped I cried a little. No worries I patched it up and they were better than ever. Oh my word did I really just confess that?! The worst part is I didn’t throw them out until long after I got married. Eek! These leggings are my new holy grail never letting them go staple. Leggings can’t take the place of jeans, but some days a good pair of black leggings are the only thing I can rely on.

So besides being insanely comfy, what is so good about these leggings? Girlfriend Collective leggings are made from recycled water bottles. About twenty five goes in to one pair of leggings. How cool is that?! You can find out more here. I first heard about them through a friend on facebook. Girlfriend Collective was offering the leggings for just the cost of shipping, so I figured why not give them a try? After receiving them I immediately tried them on and didn’t want them to come off. Now I can’t wait to try their full line to come out this spring.

Comment below if you have a pair or get a pair and let me know if you love them as much as I do!

P.S. Just wanted to let y’all know how they fit. I’m 5’3″ and they go down to my ankle and up past my belly button hugging me in all the right places!
