Gym groove

Choosing to have a child is probably the most selfless thing a women can put her body through. I remember before getting pregnant with both if my kids I told myself I would get in the best shape of my life and then get pregnant. Like I was saying “lets do it now because afterwards it’s all down hill…”. Well that did not happen before my first pregnancy. I just ended up pregnant before even trying to become the best version of myself. After having GG and barreling through the nightly nursing cravings (worse than pregnancy cravings) I decided to get my new “mom bod” in shape. It started out to be pretty tough but once you start something and stick with it habits form. Working out and eating right became my outlet and honestly helped me be a better mom. So here I am 2 months postpartum trying to remind myself that I can do it. I can be the best version of me after having a baby and so can you!
